Delivery times are calculated from the departure of the goods from the warehouse, the preparation of the product from the confirmation of payment may take up to 2 working days.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes required for the import of goods outside the EU, where SYLEXGIN is based. We cannot provide an estimate of that added cost, as final charges vary around the world. Please consult your local authorities for further information.

Return Policy

If an order has arrived wrong or with any defect, please contact us through our mail hola@sylexgin.com. We will replace it once we have checked the incidence, without any additional cost.

If you are not convinced or you have simply changed your mind, you should know that returns can be made up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

To accept the return the product must meet the following specifications:

• Returns of products that have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions will not be accepted.
• It is mandatory to return the products in their original packaging, properly protected and in perfect condition for their subsequent sale.
• Returns will not be accepted for any package that lacks the following identification elements: name, surname, shipping address and order number.
• A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at hola@sylexgin.com indicating the identification, the e-mail used for the purchase and the order number.

Returns that have not been previously notified will not be accepted.

The return of merchandise will result in the refund of the full amount in the same way that the payment was made.

The shipping costs and the rest of the steps associated with the return of the product, shall be borne by the customer. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any damage, harm or damage suffered by the product in the return process.

There is no refund in the cases referred to in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In an enumerative but not limiting way the return does not fit in the case of personalized or perishable products without prejudice to the above.
